This is from a trauma recovery workshop I attended at the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network conference on St. Simons Island.
Seated is Mr. Tommy Hayes (he likes people to call him Willpower), a person with a beautiful outlook on life despite mental disabilities, a history of mental, physical and as he said spiritual abuse, and going blind as a result of diabetes over the last few years.
He even authored a book as he was losing his sight, with the help of his social worker Ms. Sapp, who is standing next to him.
They were both big inspirations to me, Mr. Hayes with his optimism despite the great tragedies of his life, and Ms. Sapp who personally encouraged me to pursue more in life.

A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
